Manischewitz and PJ Library invite families to build new holiday tradition with Chanukah House cookie kit

Manischewitz, an iconic name in traditional kosher products, will be offering a do-it-yourself Chanukah House cookie decorating kit, complete with a candy menorah, through national retailers including Amazon and Walmart.

The kit is at the center of a promotion by Manischewitz to drive consumer sales and raise awareness for PJ Library, an organization that sends more than 225,000 free Jewish children’s books every month to households in the U.S. and Canada.

A multimedia marketing initiative will be supported by social media, influencer marketing, incentives like giveaways and contests, events, and podcasts on kosher.com. In addition, every box will feature a callout encouraging consumers to sign up for free storybooks of their own from PJ Library.

Locally, PJ Library is a program of the Jewish Federation of Southern Arizona. It is sponsored by JFSA’s Coalition for Jewish Education, with generous support from the Einstein-Sim family, the Loebl family, the Margolis family, the Rosenzweig Family, and the Sharpe family in partnership with the Harold Grinspoon Foundation.
