Sage Elise Wexler was called to the Torah as a Bat Mitzvah on April 24, 2021 at Congregation Or Chadash. She is the daughter of Allison and Michael Wexler, of Tucson, and granddaughter of Charlene and Sam Wexler of Chicago, and Jerry and Sue Zandman of Lido Beach, NY. Sage attends Esperero Canyon Middle School, where she is in the gifted and talented program and loves her art class. Sage enjoys fostering dogs and watching Dr. Who with her sisters. For her Mitzvah Project, Sage has partnered with the Diaper Bank of Southern Arizona to collect period products and supplies for young women experiencing period poverty.
