Hadassah Southern Arizona will present “Glimpses from 100 years of the Henrietta Szold – Hadassah School of Nursing Through the Eyes of Nursing Graduates” at a brunch on Sunday, Nov. 11.
Gilat Yihye, a graduate of the Henrietta Szold Hadassah Hebrew University School of Nursing, will speak and screen a video presentation of her work at Hadassah Medical Center, as a public health nurse in Ethiopia, and as an airborne flight nurse.
In addition, members of Hadassah Southern Arizona’s Nurses Council will speak on the decades of work that Hadassah nurses have given to the people of Israel.
The brunch will be held at 11:30 a.m. at Congregation Bet Shalom. The cost is $25 for members and $27 for nonmembers. RSVP by Nov. 9 by calling Marcia Winick at 886-9919.
