JORDAN NATHANIEL SUMBERG, son of Lori and Craig Sumberg, will celebrate becoming a bar mitzvah on Saturday, September 5, 2015 at Temple Emanu-El. He is the grandson of Estelle and Eugene Laska of New York, and the late Arlene and Shepard Sumberg of Boston. Jordan attends The Gregory School where he is a high honors student. He enjoys science, world history, bicycling, video games, Taekwondo and traveling. For his mitzvah project, he volunteered with Tucson Clean & Beautiful and Friends of Fort Lowell Park. He raked and bagged debris and litter, removed graffiti and cleaned the pond and riparian areas.
