EVE PELE SPIEGEL, daughter of Ron Spiegel and Ester Vider-Spiegel will celebrate becoming a bat mitzvah on Saturday, Feb. 21, 2015 at Temple Emanu-El. She is the granddaughter of Meira Spiegel and the late David Spiegel of Beit She’an, Israel, and Hanna Vider and the late David Vider of Asseret, Israel. Eve is homeschooled. She enjoys gymnastics, drawing, Poke’mon, singing and being part of the 4H Club Rabbit Project. She is a Girl Scout and will work on her Silver Award later this year. For her mitzvah project, she created small stuffed cats from socks and helped deliver them to children at Diamond Children’s University Medical Center. To raise money for the materials, she sold her original artwork at craft fairs.
