Pima Animal Care Center will hold a Fourth of July “Dog Walk and Cat Cuddling” event from 8:00 am to 10:00 am. Volunteers are needed to help adoptable pets stay healthy, happy and hopeful as they wait for their forever homes. Families are welcome, but only those ages 16 or older will be able to personally walk the dogs. Dogwalkers need to RSVP to andrew.stocker@pima.gov by Wednesday, July 2. A volunteer open house will follow the dog walk at 10:15 am. Donations of used towels and canned dog food are requested. P.A.C.C. is located at 4000 N. Silverbell Rd.
