Evelyn Morris, 88, died Sept. 30, 2011.
Mrs. Morris worked as a nurse. She volunteered at Veterans Hospital and the League of Women Voters. She was past president of a New Jersey branch of B’nai B’rith.
Mrs. Morris is survived by her husband of 66 years, Edwin; children, Cheryl Nelson, and Brian (Jonne) Morris; six grandchildren and two great-granchildren.
Graveside services were held in the Temple Emanu-El section of Evergreen Cemetery with Rabbi Samuel M. Cohon officiating.
