Jewish Philanthropies of Southern Arizona (JPSA) has announced that Chief Development Officer Emily Richman will also now serve as Interim CEO. She will maintain her duties as CDO during this time with additional support from both her colleagues and members of the Board of Trustees.
“Even in her short time with us,” said JPSA Board Chair Bruce Ash, “Emily has exhibited significant leadership qualities required to lead the organization at this time.”
Richman joined JPSA in January, 2022, after 18 years with the Jewish Federation of Greater Pittsburgh. She replaces former CEO, Graham Hoffman, who stepped down in July.
“Taking on this important community position is a true honor,” said Richman. “I am excited to continue engaging with our community members including those who may have gravitated away from our organization over time. We are excited to bring back opportunities to connect through programming and volunteerism.”
