Lee Klein wins Tucson Next Gen Award

Lee Klein of Cox Media in Tucson has just received the Tucson Advertising Federation Educational Foundation’s Tucson Next Gen Award. The award recognizes advertising professionals forty and younger who are making a significant impact on the advertising industry through their leadership, personal qualities, and career achievements.

Lee has made a positive impact on the local advertising community by sharing his knowledge and time to organizations such as Ad Fed, BBB, Tucson and Oro Valley Chamber and countless small, medium size businesses.

He has worked for Cox Media for 10 years and leads a team that has outpaced all other Cox Media markets in digital growth over the past four years and his team leads the Tucson market in total digital revenue.

According to Klein, “This recognition is a reflection of the work my team has done to serve the Tucson business community. What we do matters and our work is reflective of a high standard in the industry. I’m honored to be recognized by the community of marketing folks who I have worked closely with over the last 10 years.”

Lee is also the president of the Arizona Oncology Foundation and has served on the Board of The Downtown Tucson Partnership and AAF-Tucson. He was raised in the Reform tradition in Sierra Vista and his family has deep ties to the Southern Arizona Jewish community, including a history of family giving to the JFSA.

 

David Weissman is the CEO of PRBULLDOG, LLC, a public relations agency dedicated to community enrichment. He is a member of Temple Solel in Paradise Valley and often counsels Rabbis and Temple Boards on clear communication within congregations.
