ot robyn dafoe jfcsROBYN DAFOE has been named vice president for clinical services for JEWISH FAMILY & CHILDREN’S SERVICES OF SOUTHERN ARIZONA. Previously, she was the director for quality management and utilization management at Pantano Behavioral Health Services, where she worked for the past 10 years. Dafoe also has worked for Child Protective Services, Arizona’s Children Home and the Arizona Long Term Care System.

THE TUCSON JEWISH COMMUNITY CENTER recently received a donation of $8,000 for youth scholarships at Camp J from the Larry H. Miller Charities, the nonprofit charitable arm of Larry H. Miller Dealerships. The donation will be used to cover from 20 to 60 percent of the cost of camp for families with a need for financial assistance.

TEMPLE EMANU-EL awarded its Marion B. And Gerald S. Gendell Excellence in Jewish Education Awards to Kurn Religious School lead teacher RACHEL CONFREY and teaching assistants NOAH CONFREY and ANNIKA ANDERSON at its end-of-year siyyum on Sunday, May 17.
