THA seeking community input via confidential survey

Mindful of its rich 40-year history, Tucson Hebrew Academy has launched a new business strategy and branding project. “We want to talk with and hear input from the Jewish community,” says Jon Ben-Asher, interim head of school. Bromberg Consulting has developed a confidential questionnaire to elicit an “open dialogue to determine what the community wants from its only Jewish day school,” says Ben-Asher.

The project will take place over the next two months. “We’re hoping to reach hundreds of current students and alumni, current and former parents, staff members and leaders in the Jewish community,” says Ben-Asher. “We will also be seeking feedback from all local rabbis.”

Bromberg Consulting will gather the questionnaire responses by holding group sessions, phone and personal interviews and online surveys. Questions for Jewish community members will focus on respondents’ likes and dislikes about THA, challenges the school faces, and what stakeholders most want from the school.  “This is a chance for people THA hasn’t heard from in a while to reconnect,” says Ben-Asher.
