The Jewish Community Foundation of Southern Arizona has announced the fifth annual Goldman Family Israel Scholarship Grant, with available funding of $2,500. The deadline for application is 5 p.m. on Feb. 7.
The Elliot S. Goldman Israel Scholarship Fund and the Goldman Family Scholarship Fund are endowment funds held at the Foundation. Together, these funds provide one annual Goldman Family Israel Scholarship, which may be used toward a trip to Israel for one participant. The Goldman Family scholarship committee will review applications submitted by qualified nonprofit organizations. The designated nonprofit will select the individual participant to receive the annual scholarship, which is not limited by age, ethnicity or any demographic.
Applications may be submitted by mail or email. For more information, contact Steven Baker at 577-0388 or grants@jcftucson.org.
