ot-LeahLEAH RICHTER, office manager of the ARIZONA JEWISH POST, is retiring after 36 years. She started with the newspaper, then known as the Arizona Post, under the editorship of Martha K. Rothman.

 

 

 

The Tucson Pima Arts Council presented its 2013 Lumies Arts & Business Awards June 7 at El Casino Ballroom. BARCLAY GOLDSMITH, director of Borderlands Theater, won the artist lifetime achievement award. LIVE THEATRE WORKSHOP won in the category of arts education program and DOWNTOWN KITCHEN/JANOS WILDER won in the category of small business partner. Other nominees included RIALTO THEATRE and UA PRESENTS, both in the established arts organization category, and PITA JUNGLE in the small business partner category.
