Tucson natives REBECCA GOLD and SHANA CUTLER, who created the LoveJay Girls line of special occasion dresses for girls last year, have launched SAMMI & DAVID, a new casual clothing line for girls ages 7-12. More information is at sammiand david.com.
The TUCSON JEWISH COMMUNITY CENTER has hired LIZ LAMBERT as the new director of sports and wellness. Most recently, Lambert served as administrative director of the Center for Advanced Study in the Behavioral Sciences at Stanford University. Previously, she was assistant dean for social science at Harvard University. In addition to academic administration, Lambert spent eight years in coaching and athletic/recreational administration at the U.S. Naval Academy, Simmons College, Boston University and Harvard.
