Dr. Joshua Langert, son of Dr. Richard and Peggy Langert of Tucson, and Leah Friedman, daughter of Geoffrey and Sharon Friedman of Leawood, Kan., were married on Sept. 4 at Oakwood Country Club in Kansas City, Mo.
Joshua is the grandson of Sally Julian and the late Cantor Charles Julian of Tucson and the late Mike and Jerry Langert of Scottsdale. Leah is the granddaughter of Rosalie Rosenbloom and the late Max Rosenbloom of Dallas, Texas and the late Dr. Morris and Jeanette Friedman of Mission Hills, Kan.
Best man was Michael Miklofsky and groomsmen were Steve Moses, Barry Czeisler and Sean Merrion. Maids of honor were Laura and Leslee Friedman and bridesmaids were Sarah and Jenna Langert.
The couple currently resides in Arlington, Va., and a honeymoon is planned for the spring.
