Joyce Oresman, 79, died March 10, 2011 in San Francisco.
Raised in the Bronx, New York, she married her husband, Edward Oresman, in 1953 and they moved to Tucson and raised four children before moving to San Francisco in 1980. Mrs. Oresman was office manager at Peter Wells Press, a San Francisco graphics/ printing business. At the San Francisco County Fair, she won first place for her matzo ball soup.
Mrs. Oresman was preceded in death by her husband, Edward. Survivors include her children, Stacy (Martha) Oresman of Redwood Shores, Calif., Terry (Teresa) Oresman of Tucson, Betty (Armond) Pestoni of Newark, Calif., and Vincent (Mary) Oresman of Los Angeles, Calif.; and 10 grandchildren.
Services were held at Evergreen Mortuary with Rabbi Robert Eisen officiating. Interment followed in the Congregation Anshei Israel section of Evergreen Cemetery.
