CHOICE GREENS has opened a new outlet, Choice Greens Express, at the Tucson Mall.
BASHAS’ will donate 10 cents to the Desert Southwest Chapter of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation for every case of Bashas’ water sold through June 30.
THE JEWISH COMMUNITY FOUNDATION OF SOUTHERN ARIZONA installed KERI SILVYN as the newly elected president of its board of trustees on March 4. A trustee since 2003, Silvyn has served as vice president and chaired the Dor Habah 30-40’s group as well as numerous task forces. She is a partner with the Lewis and Roca Law Firm and co-founder of Imagine Greater Tucson.
The Foundation’s slate of officers includes Treasurer and Vice President Bruce Beyer, Secretary and Vice President Jim Whitehill and Vice Presidents Jeremy Lite, Myron Rottenstein, Stuart Shatken, and Immediate Past President Danny Gasch. The 2011-2012 trustees are Jane Ash, Dina Benita, Harold Bongarten, Jennifer Cassius, Goggy Davidowitz, Barry Friedman, Jami Gan, Ann Goldfein, Brina Grusin, Anne Hameroff, Jeff Jacobson, Koreen Johannessen, Andra Karnofsky, Jeffrey Katz, Ed Koven, Brenna Lacey, Amy Hirshberg Lederman, Stuart Mellan, Mike Miron, Gail Mordka, Jerry Neuman, Tom Newman, Howard Polster, Martha Sampson and Esther Sherberg.
