MATTHEW ARLEN REIN, son of Laurie Rein, will celebrate becoming a Bar Mitzvah on Saturday, June 12 at Congregation Or Chadash.
He is the grandson of Min Rein of Tucson.
Matthew attends Esperero Middle School where he plays clarinet in the band, as well as basketball and tennis. He also plays in the Tucson Magic basketball club and JCC leagues. He is an avid University of Arizona sports fan. For his mitzvah project, he is collecting donations for bullet/stab-resistant vests for police dogs in the Protect Police K-9 program.
