Ruth Kolker, 78, died July 13, 2020 of complications of ovarian cancer.
Mrs. Kolker was born in Newark, New Jersey, and moved to Tucson in 1968 with her family. She was involved with many charitable organizations, including serving on the board of Jewish Family & Children’s Services for three years, and worked with children at Casas De Los Ninos.
Survivors include her husband of 56 years, Ron; children, Debbie (Wayne) Mastin of Denver and Jeff (Anne) Kolker of Northbrooke, Illinois; and five grandchildren.
Due to current health concerns a private family service was held, with Rabbi Sara Metz of Congregation Anshei Israel officiating.. Memorial contributions may be made to Anshei Israel, National Ovarian Cancer Coalition. or a charity of your choice. Arrangements were made by Evergreen Mortuary.
