Eric H. Prosnitz, M.D., died Sept. 24, 2019.
Dr. Prosnitz was preceded in death by his wife, Elaine Lois Prosnitz.
Survivors include his daughters, Debra (Peter) and Beth; significant other, Kathi Willis; and brother, Ted (Karen).
