Niles Rendleman King, son of Dr. Sloan R. King, will celebrate becoming a bar mitzvah on Saturday, July 30 at Temple Emanu-El.
He is the grandson of Nancy Niles and John Sjoblom of Fort Dodge, Iowa.
Niles attends Tucson Hebrew Academy where he plays soccer and participates in mock trial. He enjoys baseball, playing the drums and bass guitar, and working out at the gym.
For his mitzvah project, Niles is creating an iMovie account of two of his friends who are Holocaust survivors.
