Pakier, a former Tucsonan, is the author of “52 Weeks of Food for the Soul,” a cookbook that features gluten free recipes, tips and a list of the 52 best foods to include in a healthy diet. The cookbook will be available for sale and signing at the luncheon. A percentage of the proceeds will go Hadassah.
The lunch will be held at the Lodge on the Desert, 306 N.
