Scottsdale art fest destination for bus trip

The Northwest Division of the Jewish Federation of Southern Arizona will sponsor a bus trip to the Scottsdale Celebration of Fine Art on Wednesday, March 18.

Participants can watch as 100 artists from around the world, including three Jewish artists, work in a variety of media, from painting and photography to sculpture, jewelry and ceramics. The event, now in its 25th year, encourages conversations between artists and patrons.

The bus will leave at 8:30 a.m. from the Trader Joe’s parking lot at Oracle and Magee roads and return at 5 p.m. There will be Jewish art education on the bus. The cost is $40, which includes admission, a tip for the bus driver, water and snacks on the bus. Lunch is available for a nominal fee at the Celebration Café or you may bring your own. RSVP to Anne Lowe at 577-9393, ext. 130, or alowe@ jfsa.org.
