Minerva “Min” Rein, 90, died Nov. 21, 2015.
Born in Philadelphia, Mrs. Rein was raised in Baltimore and lived in Tucson for the past 55 years. In 1951, after a blind date, she married Milton Rein of New York City, who died in 1984. Mrs. Rein was active in Hadassah, worked at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, ran Min & Shirley’s Travels for many years, and volunteered in many organizations.
Survivors include her children, Jeffrey (Susan) and Laurie, both of Tucson, and Michael (Terry) of Santa Cruz, Calif.; and five grandchildren.
Graveside services were held in the Temple Emanu-El section of Evergreen Cemetery, with Rabbi Thomas Louchheim of Congregation Or Chadash officiating.
