Leonard Flax, 88, died on Feb. 17, 2015.
Born and raised in Brooklyn, N.Y., Mr. Flax was a World War II veteran who served in Germany and Japan. He moved to Tucson in 1975.
Survivors include his wife of 66 years, Carrie; children, Gary (Susan), Scott (David) and Stephanie; and two grandchildren.
Services were held at Evergreen Mortuary with Cantor Janece Cohen of Congregation Or Chadash officiating. Interment followed in the Or Chadash section of Evergreen Cemetery.
