Florence M. Lazar, 92, died July 2, 2015.
Mrs. Lazar was born in Jersey City, N.J., and has been a resident of Tucson since she moved here with her husband, a retired dentist, in 1978. Mrs. Lazar was preceded in death by her husband of 55 years, Mark A. Lazar.
Survivors include her children, Barbara Selwyn of Tucson and Stephen (Jan) Lazar of Marshall, Mich.; sister, Sydell Kopf of Rockville, Md.; five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Services were held at Evergreen Mortuary with Cantorial Soloist Nichole Chorny of Congregation Anshei Israel officiating. Interment followed in the Congregation Anshei Israel section of Evergreen Cemetery.
