Sabina Rachel Anderson, daughter of Mila Vasser and Wayne Anderson, will celebrate becoming a Bat Mitzvah on Saturday, June 7 at Temple Emanu-El.
She is the granddaughter of Rimma and Richard Felty of Monterey, Calif., and Jane Anderson of Twining, Mich.
Sabina attends Basis Tucson North, where she is an honor student. She enjoys reading, playing piano, traveling and cooking.
For her mitzvah project, she held a bake sale to raise money for the Community Food Bank, volunteered at Casa Maria, and collected donations for the Hermitage No-Kill Cat Shelter.
