JCF plans Endowment Book of Life signing

The Jewish Community Foundation of Southern Arizona will hold a community signing event for its Endowment Book of Life on Tuesday, Feb. 4 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the Tucson Jewish Community Center.

Tucson’s Endowment Book of Life, now in its 23rd year, is a living document that chronicles names and family histories of Tucson’s Jewish community. More than 600 people already have signed the book, making a personal promise to leave something for future generations.

“JCF empowers each of us to invest in a stronger Jewish and global community through legacy planning, thus ensuring that we realize our philanthropic passions during and after our lifetimes,” says Tracy Salkowitz, JCF chief executive officer. “This event is an acknowledgment and celebration of our collective caring now and in the future.”

A light buffet supper will be served. There is no charge, but RSVPs are requested at 577-0388 or promise@jcftucson.org.
