Five women explore identity and relationships in “Love, Loss and What I Wore,” a play by Nora Ephron and Delia Ephron, based on the best-selling memoir by Ilene Beckerman. In monologues that are by turns comic and bittersweet, the characters recall prom dresses and cowboy boots, parents and lovers, sisters and friends.
The late Nora Ephron is perhaps best known for her screenplays for “When Harry Met Sally” and “Sleepless in Seattle.” Her sister, Delia, is a novelist, journalist and scrreenwriter. Her screenplays include “You’ve Got Mail,” “Michael,” and “Hanging Up,” based on her novel.
“Love, Loss and What I Wore” will be presented by Arizona Onstage Productions at the Temple of Music and Art Cabaret Theatre, Thursdays through Sundays, April 10- 27.
