Ariana Margaret Deitch, daughter of Valerie and Michael Deitch, will celebrate becoming a Bat Mitzvah on Saturday, July 5 at Congregation Bet Shalom.
She is the granddaughter of Nicholas Limberis and Margie Davenport of Vero Beach, Fla., Vicki Limberis of Melbourne Beach, Fla., and the late Melvin Deitch and Georgia Smith.
Ariana attends St. Gregory College Preparatory School, where she is an honor student. She enjoys acting, dancing, volleyball and working with animals.
For her mitzvah project, Ariana volunteers at the Therapeutic Ranch for Animals and Kids each week to help care for the animals. She also made and distributed care bags for the homeless.
