HANNAH GRACE WEISMAN, daughter of Jennifer Weisman and Scott Weisman, will celebrate becoming a Bat Mitzvah on Saturday, Aug. 10 at Congregation Chaverim.
She is the granddaughter of Judy and Jerry Layne of Goodyear, Ariz., Asher Weisman of Santa Clarita, Calif., and the late Ferne Greenberg of Beverly Hills, Calif.
Hannah attends Miles Exploratory Learning Center, where she is a member of the drama club and the yearbook committee. She enjoys acting, singing and working with young children. For her mitzvah project, she is working with Share Your Soles, a nonprofit organization that collects gently worn pairs of shoes and distributes them to adults and children living in impoverished regions of the world.
