Thelma “Teddi” Barlin, 83, died Nov. 23, 2012.
A 66-year resident of Tucson, Mrs. Barlin graduated from Tucson High School and the University of Arizona. She was a long- time member of Congregation Anshei Israel, supporter of Tucson Hebrew Academy and a resident at Handmaker.
Mrs. Barlin was preceded in death by her husband, Stanley Barlin. Survivors include her daughters, Miriam (Jack) Pennock of San Marcos, Calif., Linda (Norm) Jones of Albuquerque, N.M., Patti Salonic of Tucson, Amy (Dan) Prywes of Rockville, Md., and Cindy Salonic of Coronado, Calif.; sister, Ruth Goldin of Tucson; seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Services were held at Evergreen Mortuary chapel with Rabbi Robert Eisen officiating. Interment followed in the Congregation Anshei Israel section of Evergreen Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be sent to the Community Food Bank or Congregation Anshei Israel Nursery-Kindergarten Fund.
