Former U.S. Rep. GABRIELLE GIFFORDS and her husband, Capt. Mark Kelly, received the Shirley Agnos Legacy Award at the 101st Arizona Town Hall on Civic Leadership, Tuesday, Nov. 27 at Talking Stick Resort in Scottsdale.

 

 

 

 

ADAM KWASMAN, a Tucson native, was elected to the Arizona State Legislature from District 11.  Kwasman, who holds a master’s degree in economics from George Mason University in Fairfax, Va., works as a financial consultant. He has worked at the Cato Institute’s Center for Constitutional Studies and on Capitol Hill. He was assistant to the CEO for the Carondelet Health Network and worked in the United Kingdom for the RAND Corporation, assisting in research on Islamic terrorism.
