REBEKKAH DIAMOND, a science teacher at Canyon Del Oro High School, was chosen to participate in the National Science Teachers Association yearlong fellowship program. One of three teachers chosen from Arizona, Diamond will receive an NSTA membership package, online mentoring, the opportunity to participate in web-based professional development seminars and financial support to attend NSTA’s 2012 National Conference on Science Education in Indianapolis. Diamond graduated from the University of Arizona with a bachelor of science degree in chemistry.
