KACIE AMANDA BAUER, daughter of April and William Bauer, will celebrate becoming a Bat Mitzvah on Saturday, March 17 at Temple Emanu-El.
She is the granddaughter of Barbara Esmond of Tucson, Lynne and Joel Esmond of Los Angeles, Calif., and Joan and the late John Bauer of Raytown, Mo.
Kacie attends Orange Grove Middle School, where she is an honor student, and plays trumpet in the school band and jazz band. She is a Girl Scout and a member of the National Charity League. She enjoys reading, art, dance, swimming and animals. For her mitzvah project, she volunteers at the Humane Society of Southern Arizona.
