Comic magician takes act to Temple Emanu-El

Eric Buss will perform a family friendly comedy show on Saturday, Nov. 3 at 6:30 p.m. at Temple Emanu-El.

A Tucson native, Buss combines crazy inventions and high energy into an award-winning act, which he has performed on the David Letterman show, on five continents and on television in six countries. Buss has also appeared on the Jerry Lewis MDA Telethon.

Buss publicizes his show as a “non-stop ride of mischief and magical gadgetry that most people could never imagine.”

Buss has won the “State Champion of the Year” award at the world convention of the International Brotherhood of Magicians. He is a graduate of The Second City comedy club and school of improvisation in Chicago.

Tickets are $25 per family, $10 per adult, $5 for children ages 5 to 12, and free for children 4 and under. An ice cream sundae bar will follow the performance. For reservations, call 327-4501.
