Charles “Chuck” H. Cohen, 69, died April 22, 2011.
Survivors include his wife, Sandy; children, Heidi (Frank Corrales) Cohen, David Cohen, and Jeff (Traci Sym) Baron; sister, Marylin (Sid) Eisenfeld; and four grandchildren.
The Cohen family is grateful to Frank Corrales for his organ donation, which extended Mr. Cohon’s life by five years.
Graveside services were held in the Garden of David section of East Lawn Palms Cemetery with Rabbi Helen Cohn of Congregation M’kor Hayim officiating.
