ANNIKA MIRIAM ANDERSON, daughter of Mila Vasser Anderson and Wayne Anderson, will celebrate becoming a Bat Mitzvah on Saturday, May 7 at Temple Emanu-El.
She is the granddaughter of Rimma and Richard Felty of Monterey, Calif., and Jane Anderson of Twining, Mich.
Annika attends Basis Tucson School where she is a distinguished honor student. She plays piano and enjoys acting, drama, traveling and the ocean. For her mitzvah project, she is collecting food for the Homer Davis Elementary School project through the Jewish Federation of Southern Arizona and participated in granting a wish through the Twilight Wish Foundation.
