Florie Krell, 74, of Pittsburgh, Pa., died Nov. 10, 2010.
Born in Uniontown, Pa., Mrs. Krell graduated from the University of Pittsburgh. She was involved in the Brandeis Women’s book sale and led a women’s issues group for Hadassah.
Mrs. Krell was preceded in death by her husband, Arnold Krell, daughter Ellen Krell and brother, Bill Kaufman. Survivors include her husband, Donald Sharapan; children, Jimmy (Sheri Bearman) Krell of Birmingham, Ala., Marc (Julie Schaefer) of Scottsdale, Ariz., Amy (Michael) Mazer of Fort Lee, N.J., Laurie (Nate) Sahn of Glencoe, Ill.; sisters, Betty-Lou Rubenstein of Ligonier, Pa. and Judy Kameh of Cleveland, Ohio; and six grandchildren.
Services were held in Pittsburgh.
