Rodney Glassman, Democratic candidate for the U. S. Senate, was a surprise guest at the Tucson Hebrew High class of 2011’s first “For Seniors Only” class on Tuesday, Aug. 31. Glassman congratulated the seniors on continuing their Jewish education and spoke of the important role Judaism continues to play in his personal and public life. He joined students in a sparkling cider toast to their senior year.
