Former Tucsonan RUSSELL WIENER and bandmates in the Los Angeles-based The Title Trackers recently released “Lost Title Tracks.” The vinyl album (with a CD in the package) of classic album title song spoofs has received rave reviews in the L.A. Times and other publications. Wiener attended Tucson Hebrew Academy, University High School and the University of Arizona.
“Between Two Deserts,” Tucson author GERMAINE SHAMES’ critically acclaimed 2002 novel set in Jerusalem, will be republished by Pale Fire Press on April 15.
